While we seek to ensure that all descriptions, prices and details that appear on our website are accurate and updated, errors may still occur. We may choose to cancel and refund any order that is inaccurately described or priced or contain any errors or inaccuracies.

Alternatively we will inform you as soon as possible and give you the option to confirm the order. If we are unable to contact you, we will treat the order as cancelled. We are not liable to you or anyone else for any loss in connection with use of the website or a linked website.

Additionally, images have been provided for illustrative purposes only. We do not guarantee that any image will reproduce in true colour or portray the full design or views relating to that product.

Prices and currencies listed are based on your location. We reserve the right to amend these prices at any time. The final amount payable will be calculated at the time of checkout. Please ensure the final price is noted in your desired currency at the time of checkout.

Please note that all international orders may be subject to local charges. Any and all customs or import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country and are to be paid for by the recipient. As customs policies vary between countries, we strongly recommend checking your local customs advisory website prior to placing an order to see what charges may be payable. If purchasing outside of Australia, Australian GST does not apply and is not charged on any purchased made with Strateas Carlucci.

3. Product Orders

In placing an order you are offering to purchase a Strateas Carlucci product subject to the following terms and conditions. All orders are subject to availability and confirmation of the order price. Your order is not confirmed until your payment has been approved and we have debited your credit or debit card. Goods will not be dispatched until payment has been completed. Our terms of payment are set under the Payments section of this website.

We undertake to ensure all items listed on our website are available however in the unlikely event an item ordered is out of stock, you will be advised and provided a refund.

When you order from us, we require you to provide your name, address for delivery, your email address, telephone contact and credit card details. We undertake to take due care with this information; however in providing us with such information you accept that we are not liable for its misuse due to error in transmission or virus or malware. Postage is calculated at time of purchase in accordance with our Australian Shipping Policy and International Shipping Policy. Delivery of your ordered product/s will be as set out on our website. Please note that shipping times are estimates only and Strateas Carlucci will not be liable for any delays in shipping or delays in receiving your ordered products due to Customs requirements. All risk of loss or damage to the goods passes to you when we dispatch the goods.

Australian Returns Policy

1. Return Policy

Should you be unhappy with any goods for any reason including change of mind, we will refund (or provide a store credit) for any items when returned and received by us within 14 days from the order date. The item must be in a saleable condition, have original tags and labels still attached, must be in original packaging (if any), and must be unworn, unused, unwashed, as sold.

Refunds will be processed using the original method of payment (the exact Debit or Credit Card used to make the original purchase) less return postage charge. You may optionally select to receive a store credit, in which case the full purchase price will be credited to your account.

Sale and discounted items are non-refundable and are only valid for a store credit so please choose carefully when selecting a sale item.

In the case where retuned goods (which are not deemed faulty) are received and which appear to be worn, damaged, altered, tags removed or unsaleable or outside the stipulated time period, Strateas Carlucci will reject your return and contact you regarding options for returning goods to you at your cost.

2. Exchanges

We are unable to accommodate exchanges online, so please ensure you purchase with care and caution online. Should you require a different colour or size please contact us at [email protected] within 3 days from the delivery date so we may initiate the exchange process. Please note all postage costs will be incurred by you. See section 4 below for returns instructions.

3. Faulty Items

To initiate a faulty item claim, please contact us at [email protected]. Please state your name, contact details, description of the fault (including a photo where possible), invoice number and the product name or style number so that your claim can be assessed. We will contact you regarding the faulty item and provide you with further information.

4. Returns Instructions and Return Address

Australian Shipping

 

Strateas Carlucci offers delivery within Australia as well as international shipping. This shipping information assist with deliver/shipping times, expected delivery times which are estimated only.

1. Shipping methods and costs

Strateas Carlucci offers standard delivery throughout Australia. The shipping time for standard shipping is 4-6 business days. However, this is an estimate only and unforseen delays in shipping during peak times may occur.

A final shipping cost will be automatically calculated when completing your purchase at the online checkout. All shipping charges are non-refundable. If shipping to a business address please include name of the business and full address in the shipping information upon checkout.

2. Shipping

Online orders with total transaction exceeding $200 AUD receive free standard shipping. All orders under $200 AUD incur $15 AUD standard shipping charge.

3. Track my order

Once your order has been despatched, you will receive an email detailing the package tracking number and a link to track the delivery via Australia Post.

4. Undeliverable parcels

Australia Post will require a signature upon delivery of your parcel. Delivery may be signed for by anyone at the nominated delivery address. If this cannot be achieved, the driver will leave a delivery card at your nominated delivery address detailing how and when the delivery can be collected.

If the parcel is not collected or returned to Strateas Carlucci, re-sending this parcel to your nominated address will incur an additional $15 AUD standard shipping fee.

Please ensure a safe delivery address is provided as Strateas Carlucci cannot be held responsible for stolen parcels or parcels delivered to the incorrect address (where an incorrect address was provided).

Please note that all international orders may be subject to local charges. Any and all customs or import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country and are to be paid for by the recipient. As customs policies vary between countries, we strongly recommend checking your local customs advisory website prior to placing an order to see what charges may be payable. If purchasing outside of Australia, Australian GST will be removed at time of checkout.

If duties and taxes apply, you will be contacted on your nominated phone number and be requested to pay such fees.

Strateas Carlucci cannot be held responsible for any customs taxed charged, such fees are the responsibility of the customer and must be paid within the time requested by DHL.

Failure to pay any duties or taxes in the required timeframe will result in your parcel being returned to Strateas Carlucci and a redelivery fee equivalent to the initial postage charge will be payable to resend the package. Please ensure a suitable contact phone number is provided at the time of ordering to ensure DHL can contact you for any relevant customs requirements. Please note that emails are not available for customs notifications.

3. Track my order

Once your order has been despatched, you will receive an email detailing the package tracking number and a link to track the delivery via DHL.

4. Authority to Leave

We strongly suggest selecting a business address that is occupied between the hours of 9am to 5pm Monday to Friday as your nominated delivery address. While our couriers will make every attempt to contact you if you are not present at your nominated address at the time of delivery, your parcel will be left in the safest location possible in the event we can’t reach you. In this instance, we do not accept liability for lost or damaged items.

5. Undeliverable parcels

DHL requires a signature upon receipt of delivery. This will be attempted two times with a delivery card left with each attempt. If the courier on the second attempt cannot contact you, you will incur their fee of redelivery, or package will be taken to their depot. Should you not pick up the package from the depot within 7 days, or you do not make contact, the item will be returned to Strateas Carlucci as undeliverable and you will be notified. Re delivery will be charged should you confirm you would like re-delivery of the package to you again.
